Hello! I’m Shawn Mathenia, a proud Missouri native, born and raised in Southeast Missouri and a graduate of Kennett High School. In 2004, my family and I made the move to the beautiful Ozarks, and it’s been home ever since.

With a lifelong passion for helping others, becoming a REALTOR® has been a dream come true. My wife Janice and I have been happily married for over 34 years. She’s the office manager at Forsyth Family Dental, and together we've built a life centered on family, faith, and community. We’re proud parents to our son, Dr. Tyler Mathenia, an optometrist in Wentzville, MO, and to our amazing bonus daughter-in-law, Megan. Our greatest joys are our granddaughter, grandson, and yes—even our grand dog, Louie!

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, woodworking, and making memories with my family. I bring the same care, dedication, and attention to detail into every real estate transaction.
