👋 Hey y’all! I’m Shawn Mathenia — proud Missouri native 🌽❤️, born and raised in Southeast MO 🎓🐟 and a Kennett High grad. In 2004, my crew and I packed up and headed to the beautiful Ozarks 🌄… and we’ve called it home ever since.

💍 My wife Janice and I tied the knot 34+ years ago (and we still like each other 😉). She’s the office manager at Forsyth Family Dental 🦷, and together we’ve built a life around family 👨‍👩‍👦, faith ✝️, and community ❤️. We’re blessed with our son, Dr. Tyler Mathenia 👓, our amazing daughter-in-law Megan 💐, two awesome grandkids 👧👦, and one spoiled grand dog, Louie 🐾.

When I’m not making real estate dreams happen 🏠, you’ll find me traveling ✈️, woodworking 🪚, or soaking up time with my family 🛋️. I bring the same heart, honesty, and elbow grease to every deal as I do to life.
