Hello! I'm Katrina Creedon, a proud local of the Tri-Lakes area and the Owner and Operator of Step Above Realty LLC and Step Above Property Management. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and REALTOR® in the state of Missouri, I bring years of local expertise, market insight, and a client-first mindset to every transaction.

I specialize in the sale of new construction homes throughout Stone and Taney counties, and I love helping clients walk through the buying or selling process with clarity and confidence. I’m also deeply knowledgeable about area school districts, neighborhood dynamics, and all the key pieces of a smooth transaction—including mortgage, insurance, and inspection guidance.

In addition to my real estate services, I proudly lead Step Above Property Management, offering full-service management of residential homes, commercial properties, billboard advertising spaces, and storage facilities. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling anywhere warm with my adoring husband, spending time outdoors, being with our family, and working on our farm. Most of all, I love enjoying the grandparent life with my EIGHT God-given gifts - My grandchildren, who brighten every day and remind me of what truly matters. These passions keep me grounded and bring balance to my busy professional life.
